We exchanged our contact information. We also thought the possibility of using instant messaging for any clarification that we might need among the team members.
We decided on the meeting timings to discuss about the progress of the project.
Suparna volunteered to be the web master; we will support her by suggesting some ideas to make the web page look better.
We discussed on naming our project and creating a logo although we did not arrive at final decision.
We discussed the pros and cons of working with this project. We thought that the riskiest part of the project is gathering data and establishing the requirements of the project.
We prepared a rough draft of the letter that we must send to the customer.
We decided to use XP as much as possible in our project.
Prof. Bolker helped us to think about the questions that we should pose when we meet the customer for the first time on Tuesday (10/01/2004). Based on our first meeting with the customer, we are planning to prepare scenarios for the project. We discussed the possible technologies that we might use in this project. We have not decided anything solid in our first team meeting.
