1. Team finalized on the technology- C#.Net, MS Access as ReF database.
2. Team designed primary forms to enter data to database.
3. Team reviewed the forms again to determine if the forms have enough data entry options or not.
4. Team reviewed the database connectivity solution.
5. Team decided to use XML and MS Access as back end.
6. The ReF - Organizer utility allows user to add rooms, storage types, locations for resources.
7. Team performed tests on the forms.
