Minutes:

1. We revised the 3 aspects of our project-
   Part I :- Organizing the physical resources.
   Part II :- Connecting X1, the present desktop search engine to internet.
   Part III :- Future enhancement to X1 application.
2. We agreed that Part I is due on May 15.
3. We discussed the use cases for the prototype for organizing the physical resources.
4. The use cases will be based on the present UI of the prototype.
5. We decided to suggest other types of indicators for calibration.
6. We decided to divide our work. Shaila and Ashok will work on the use cases. Salini and Suparna will work on developing the prototype using C#.
